Plague Ritual

Kevin has played guitar for 23 years and serves as vocalist, guitarist and co-engineer. Before Plague Ritual he performed with Hatriot and Sudden Loss, and his work extends beyond performing and songwriting into recording, visual design and live production.

His engineering credits include recording Steve "Zetro" Souza's vocals for a Jamey Jasta project and engineering Hatriot's vocal contribution to the Heaven's on Fire collaboration. He has also created live set introductions, promotional flyers and merchandise designs for Vio-lence. On Where Souls Go to Die he shared engineering duties with Juan Urteaga while handling vocals and guitar.

Kosta co-founded Hatriot with Steve "Zetro" Souza after the two met at a show and began writing together. He became a central part of Hatriot's early songwriting and helped establish the band in the Bay Area thrash scene.

His influences include Death, Slayer, Sepultura, Megadeth, Iron Maiden and traditional Greek music. Alongside electric guitar he plays the traditional Greek lute. He has previously been associated with guitar manufacturers including Jackson, ESP and Dean, and brings both precision and melodic detail to the band's three-guitar arrangement.

Justin brings established Bay Area thrash and death metal experience to Plague Ritual. He previously performed with Hatriot across two separate periods and appeared on the band's second album, Dawn of the New Centurion. He has also performed with Extirpate.

Within Plague Ritual he contributes to the layered guitar arrangements that let the band move between speed, weight, melody and groove.

A guitarist by background, Dylan occupies the bassist position on five-string bass. He previously played alongside Kevin Paterson and Nick Souza in Sudden Loss, so the two had an established musical connection before Plague Ritual formed.

Kevin describes him as an instinctive and dependable player who works out what a song needs and delivers it without unnecessary complication. His guitar background shapes how he approaches bass, supporting the rhythm section while staying closely tied to the guitar arrangements.

Mark brings extensive live and studio experience, having performed and recorded with projects including Wreck-Defy, Violent Opposition, Gutter Creek, Negative Sixxx and Creepo.

He works regularly with Juan Urteaga as a studio drummer, giving him substantial experience adapting to different artists and recording environments. His controlled, direct approach anchors the band's shifts between thrash-influenced passages and heavier grooves.
